Frantic Burnout Creative Joy

Youโ€™re creative. Youโ€™re capable. You donโ€™t have to do it alone.

I help creative humans:

1) build sustainable, meaningful, joyful lives and businesses

2) create work that matters to them and their communities

A person filming a woman standing on a sidewalk with a camera monitor showing the live view. The woman has blonde hair, a brown jacket, and a colorful shirt, and is standing in front of a building with some flowers and a black iron fence.
Stack of four books on a wooden table, indoors, with furniture and a window in the background. The titles are 'Daring Greatly' by Brenรฉ Brown, 'Material World' by ED CON, 'A Therapeutic Journey' by Alain De, and 'The Creative Act' by Rick Rubin.

โ€œSounds great, but who even are you?โ€

Iโ€™m so glad you asked.

Iโ€™M PHOEBE MINSON

Iโ€™ve always been driven by the insatiable urge to create, connect, and make sense of things.

From a Fine Art degree at Central Saint Martins, through seven years in gallery-land, to my current role leading communications at SHiFT, Iโ€™ve seen creativity transform people, build connection, and drive change.

Today, I coach, write, speak, and facilitate, helping artists, founders, and multi-hyphenates reclaim their creative lives. I also protect my own creativity fiercely. Creative health is both a necessity and a luxury, itโ€™s how we process the world, imagine solutions, adapt, and connect.

It moves us from being alive, to living.

I believe:

in the fundamental goodness of human beings

that creativity is a non negotiable tenet of holistic health

a pain aux raison or pastel de nata a day keeps the blues away

in giving people their flowers (make sure you get your headshot from Candid)
