In August 2023 I decided to challenge myself to one month of daily tasks designed to leave me feeling confident in my practice and my work, and ready for new opportunities in September. I wanted to use my slower summer month to rest, reflect, refresh, and properly reset. Iβm a big believer in marginal gains, those small steps we can take across different areas of our lives to get maximum progress overall. We want to level up in a healthy and sustainable way.
You can do this anytime, you can stick to the one task per day method, or pick and choose a task whenever you feel like it. In this guide, you will find 31 days of tasks that will help you lay the foundations for a revitalised practice, and remember: I've done it all too!
If you do this challenge with me, by the end of just one month you will have:
nourished and expanded your professional network β
optimised your online presence β
grown in understanding of yourself and your practice β

This is 4 and a half weeks of tasks, with a theme per week. You are going to find in this guide 23 one-day tasks plus 4 weekend tasks which are made to be done over two days.
